A similar one hangs from the man’s right hand. The flowered design, blue background and white fringe match his cuffs and arm band. He wears a wide brimmed white hat and holds a black feathered fan. Green, geometrically patterned textiles, a white fur and a blue tier drop shaped decoration hang from the horse’s back. Photograph taken during the Crow Nation’s Annual Crow Fair in Montana.
