Descriptionfront central square depicts hand holding red high heel shoe beneath foot.; set against a deeply textured blue backdrop of plaster and enclosed by thin wooden frame, almost appears as if there are two hidden figures; within blue ground are bits and pieces of other objects, including necklace made of small light-red beads, small fragment from green glazed ceramic, charm depicting a horse, bronze, fork-like element that hinges out and gilded sculptural leaf form; at base is undulating wooden element with four inverted waves; at the top, red wooden rectangle set against three painted and arched fragments of ceiling tiles. Verso also decorated, as etched into wood and accented with red are small game of tic-tac-toe with the letters “ALI” near top left corner, heart pierced with arrow at top left; wine bottle and fedora hat on center right side; high heel shoe with "N.Y.C.” etched to right of heel.Collections
