DescriptionAn abundance of fruit is spread across a marble-topped table draped with a fringed cloth. Bunches of green grapes, still attached to the leafy vine, and white and yellow peaches spill out of a wire basket on the left; fresh, red strawberries fill a glass compote on the right; and cherries, a pineapple, an apple, a pealed orange, and purple plums are scattered across the table. Towards the back, in front of a dark, brown wall, is a silver ewer with a face on the spout.
